Download or delete your data

Download your history

In the Verath app, or the web app at verath.io/app, open Settings and choose Download my history. You get a file listing the checks and alerts on your account.

Delete your account

In the app or the web app, open Settings, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. This removes your identities, alerts and history from Verath and closes your account. Institutions keep their own records of the checks they made, with no link to you.

Deleting is permanent. If you change your mind, you will need to enrol again.
