Verath is in development. These are the steps we are committed to; we will update this page as each is completed.
Register with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) as a data controller.
Complete a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) before launch.
Appoint a Data Protection Officer.
Conduct regular data-protection audits under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Seek the approvals required from the bodies that operate Nigeria’s identity rails before relying on them.
