The Digital Identity Wallet is in development. Features may change before launch.
Why it matters
Your identity footprint is scattered.
Over the years you have shared your NIN and BVN with banks, fintechs, telcos, lenders and employers. There is no single place to see that footprint or the permissions you have given.
The wallet is being built to give you that view, and the tools to act on it.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Is the wallet a replacement for my NIN slip or the NIMC app?
No. The wallet does not issue identity documents. It helps you monitor and manage how your existing identity numbers are used.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Unenrolling and deleting your data in one step is a core requirement of the Verath platform.
Will the wallet store copies of my ID documents?
No. The wallet is designed to hold records of how your identity is used, not copies of your NIN slip or other documents, so there is less for anyone to steal.
